Documents & Verification
Yes, withdrawals can only be processed when the account name matches your registered name. This is a required security step to prevent fraud and to protect players and their funds. The name you registered with at mmk33 must match the account holder name on your KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, or bank account. If they do not match, contact our Support team right away.
You can submit a Myanmar National Registration Card (NRC) or passport. The photo must be clear, and the card number and name must be readable. Blurry or cropped photos will not be accepted. Files can be uploaded in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format, and must not exceed 5 MB.

Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game played with 3 cards. The goal is to have a total hand value as close to or equal to 30. 3D lottery results are drawn at a set time using Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, so any number can come up. There is no fixed pattern or formula that can predict the outcome. The betting cut-off time and result time for 2D follow the platform's schedule and run on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT). How to Withdraw

However, during peak times on the Banking System, external Payment Gateway factors may cause slight delays — contact Support if that happens.
If more than 45 minutes have passed and the money has not arrived, note down the Withdrawal ID or request time and contact Support via Live Chat. The Support team can check the Transaction Status right away. You can also check the Transaction History in the KBZPay App yourself. Also be aware that if KYC Verification is not yet complete, withdrawals cannot be processed and the request may be left Pending.
The minimum withdrawal amount at mmk33 is 10,000 Ks. The maximum withdrawal amount may vary depending on your Account Tier and Account Status — you can check your own limit in Account Settings or ask Support. If Bonus funds are included, please note that Wagering requirements must be met before they can be withdrawn — if you received the Welcome Bonus, the Bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before the Bonus funds can be withdrawn.
In general, withdrawals must be made through the same channel used for the deposit, so if you want to withdraw through a different channel, you must notify the Support team in advance.
