Opening an Account

When registering at mmk33, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Accounts opened with incorrect or someone else's details may be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Account Closure

mmk33 reserves the right to close an account without explanation in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Cheating or fraudulent play
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering
• Harassment of staff or other players
• Inactive accounts unused for more than one year

Deposits

mmk33 accepts the following deposit methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. When depositing, you may only use payment methods registered in your own name.

• Third-party payment methods are not permitted for deposits.

Withdrawals

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met — no external transfers of bonus funds are allowed.
• The bonus can only be claimed once and is limited to one per player.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus funds will be removed.
• mmk33 may place restrictions on bonus activity or cancel a promotion at its discretion.

VIP Cashback Rewards

mmk33 has 5 VIP tiers. Players can move up based on their history and activity:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.0% cashback per week

Cashback rewards are issued as bonus funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal.

Prohibited Actions

Players are strictly prohibited from using unfair methods or exploiting the system on the mmk33 platform:

• Using bots, macros, or automated software
• Exploiting game bugs or glitches for gain
• Abusing bonuses through calculated or dishonest means (bonus abuse)
• Depositing or withdrawing for the purpose of money laundering
• Colluding with other players to use strategies that harm other users

If any of these actions are detected, mmk33 will forfeit the relevant funds and close the account.
